Delivery Schedule
- Orders placed before the daily cut-off time will be delivered either the same day (if slots are available) or the following morning.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered on the next available day.
- Customers will have the option to choose their preferred delivery slot at checkout. This allows businesses to schedule deliveries at a convenient time for their operations.
- Our delivery timeline ranges from same-day (0 days) to a maximum of next-day (1 day) delivery.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery for orders above INR 499.
- Orders below this amount may carry a nominal delivery fee, displayed at checkout.
Responsibility of Customers
- Customers must ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address to receive the order.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
Quality Guarantee
- We source fresh produce daily from local mandis and farms.
- Customers are encouraged to check and confirm the order at the time of delivery.
- Once delivered and accepted, the order is considered final, as fruits and vegetables are perishable goods.
