Return & Refund Policy

Book My Mandi supplies fresh fruits and vegetables to businesses. Because our products are perishable and cannot be cleaned, repackaged, or resold after delivery, all sales are final once delivery is completed. We do not accept returns or offer cash refunds for items after they have been delivered.

1. Why we cannot accept returns or refunds after delivery

  • Fruits and vegetables are perishable and degrade quickly.
  • Returned produce cannot be resold or safely redistributed.
  • For food safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept or reuse delivered items.
    For these reasons, once an order is delivered and accepted, it is considered final.

2. Cancellations before procurement

  • If you need to cancel an order, you must do so before we procure goods from the mandi or farm.
  • The cut-off time for cancellations is the daily cut-off shown on the site or your order confirmation. Orders cancelled before the cut-off will be fully refunded to the original payment method, or converted to account credit on request.
  • If an order has already been procured or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

3. Damaged, wrong, or missing items — how we handle valid claims
We do not provide cash refunds for delivered goods. However, if there is a clear error on our part or a serious quality issue, we will review the claim and offer a remedy where appropriate. Remedies may include a replacement delivery or a credit note for future orders. This is subject to verification and our discretion. To make a claim:

  1. Contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos or video of the delivered items and the delivery label.
  3. Give your order number and delivery time.
    We will investigate promptly and respond with the proposed resolution. Because of the perishable nature of the goods, we may request that you keep the disputed items available for inspection for a short time.

4. What is not eligible for refund or replacement

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Orders accepted or used by the customer before reporting an issue.
  • Complaints reported after the 2 hour window from delivery.
  • Partial consumption of delivered produce.

5. How refunds for eligible pre-procurement cancellations are processed

  • Refunds for cancellations made before procurement will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you choose account credit instead, it will be added immediately and can be used on your next order.
